Yes, we are accepting installment. Our installment plans is done through property management. Once we renovation your property, we will help you to manage your property by helping you to find tenant, to rent out your unit, your manage the tenants and also help you to collect rental for you every months. This includes renting room and also renting out whole unit, we will decide the best renting strategy based on your property features.

Basically there is no effort from your side every month, but just to sit back, relax and receive rental from us every month. The renovation cost will be deducted from the rental collected every month from the tenants. This is to make sure that our clients can proceed with our renovation with capital burden, and ensure a better cashflow for your investment journey!

We are taking only 2 weeks to complete your renovation, because we believe the speed in renovation is the key for a successful property investment. If your unit is the first unit to complete renovation, you have the chance to find tenants first. This will give you a huge advantage as a property investor because you get to rent out your unit fast.

Yes, if you have trouble to collect the key, you can let us collect the key for you. It is completely free if you proceed with our renovation package.

If you proceed with our renovation, we also help you to do defect checking and also submit the defects for you. This will help you to save extra Ringgit on finding third party defect team because we are offering the same professional defect check including thermal scan, hollow tiles checking, water ponding test and etc.

Yes you can. We have received many clients who just need our help to manage their properties, the property management fees will be 10% for room management, and 8% for whole unit rental.

We don't overcharge on the property management fees because we want to make sure our clients get to enjoy positive ROI every months for their property investment journey!

Once the renovation begins, you will be added into a WhatsApp group with our project manager, they will update whatever progress made for the renovation into the group from time to time. Feel free to ask and feedback in the group, they will be happy to help out!
